Winner, by participating in contest and accepting prize agrees to release the California Walnut Board, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, suppliers, distributors or judging agencies, representatives and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (including death) in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while preparing for, and/or traveling to any prize or promotion-related activity.
