Refund Policy (Refunds Are No Longer Available)
- Name changes and substitutions are not permitted for Health Professionals and Student Registrants.
- All Public Forum tickets are non-refundable. Name changes/substitutions for Public Forum tickets are permitted on or before May 25, 2012. Substitutions must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All cancellation and refund requests for two-day Health Professional tickets must be made in writing and sent via email to email@example.com.
- Cancellation requests received on or before May 3, 2012 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellation requests received on or after May 4, 2012 will not receive a refund of the registration fee.
- All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of receipt.
- Please note that while experts and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Food For Your Whole Life reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our website as soon as possible.
